This demo has been developed following numerous meetings and discussions with the Toll Brothers team during 2024.
😎 How we made the demo
Below is a brief explanation of how we have built the demo, please do not circulate outside the Toll Brothers organization.
Photorealistic Image Creation
All images were created and rendered in Unreal Engine. Some of the still have been enhanced using AI which adds a high degree of realism.
Automated Realistic Videos
We have created some animation clips to show the possibilities when working with a full site model. These are also created in the real-time engine quickly and efficiently with no post production.
Interactive Matter port Style Experience
We have used the Matterport plug-in to provide a mobile friendly fallback to pixel streaming.
This allows users to explore at their own pace on any device on any browser without expensive run costs.
Interactive Floorplans
There are non configurable spinners for the floor plan and community site plan which give the user access to more information without the additional costs of pixel streaming.
Full Interactive 3D Walkthroughs
To avoid unnecessary pixel streaming and hosting costs the final stage of the user journey is only accessible behind a login wall. This prevents overuse by speculative users and ensures we only spend money on prospective buyers.
All Content will be Created via the Automation Platform
Once the assets have been created, the Toll Brothers team can create difference content via the platform providing unlimited options for internal production.
